Nevada Horse Trails is proud to announce the launch of the new Featured Artist Program. This annual collaboration with Nevada artists to commission original works that reflect the spirit of the trail and landscapes we love to ride through.
For the inaugural 2026 release, Nevada Horse Trails partnered with David Cooper, a Las Vegas illustrator and painter known for his whimsical style and rich desert-inspired imagery. Cooper’s original design, created exclusively for Nevada Horse Trails, captures a moment of quiet connection between a rider, horse, and the desert.
“I wanted to evoke a sentiment of serenity and respect between the horse, the rider, and the surrounding Mojave landscape,” says Cooper.
The limited-edition 2026 Featured Artist Collection includes a T-shirt and fine art print. The T-shirt features Cooper’s line art rendered in a clean, single-color print. The art print showcases the warm tones of the full-color original. Both are available exclusively through the Nevada Horse Trails online store through 2026.
“We are proud to support local artists who can help visualize what makes trail riding in Nevada special,” says Samantha Szesciorka, Nevada Horse Trails founder. “David’s design perfectly captures the quiet moments on the trail with the horses that connect us to the land.”
The Featured Artist Program will continue each year, with new collaborations that pair art and the spirit of the trail.
